You will marvel at the most fascinating attractions in Africa. During the period between July and October, you’ll have the opportunity to witness the annual wildebeest migration. This is also the best time to view the big predators as they easily bring down their prey who at this period are available in abundance. You adventure in Masai Mara will easily let you sight the Big 5. Serengeti in Tanzania is also stunning and it forms the southern part of the ecosystem. Animals move freely between the two countries. Serengeti is very expansive and very scenic. It also forms quite a spectacle especially in the month of January and February as wildebeest cows drop their young in a synchronized calving that sees over 300,000 calves born (see more on amazing facts about the annual wildebeest migration). Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera in the world offering you breathtaking views with amazing wildlife, another great place to sight the Big 5 and also home to the highest density of big game in Africa.
The 10 Days Kenya & Tanzania Safari Tour will then take you to Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara National Park provides a unique wilderness experience. Including diverse landscapes such as the Rift Valley soda lake, open grasslands, dense woodlands and stunning mountain sides. You will explore Lake Manyara for more wildlife viewing before heading to Arusha for an overnight and there after head to Namanga to cross back to Kenya leading you to Amboseli National Park. The very scenic Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. It’s located about 230 kilometres south-east of Nairobi on the Tanzanian border. Amboseli enjoys the backdrop of Africa’s most iconic mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. The flat open landscape makes for easy game viewing. Amboseli is a small park, a bit more than 390 square kilometres, located more than 1100 metres above sea level. The name Amboseli means ‘salty dust’ in Masai. What makes it special are the Enkongo Narok and Olokenya swamps fed by the melting snow of Kilimanjaro. These water sources attract animals of all sizes, especially during the dry season. Amboseli is home of the African elephants presenting a great views of the mighty Mt. Kilimanjaro, which on a clear morning, you’ll admire the snow covered peaks. Day 1Nairobi - Masai Mara

After breakfast depart for Masai Mara, where you’ll view breath-taking vistas, abundant wildlife, and endless plains. This enchanting Masai Mara safari delivers many attractions, as the reserve is home to an excellent year-round concentration of game, including the more than two million wildebeest, zebras and other antelopes that participate in the famous Great Migration. Arrive in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon you’ll proceed for an afternoon safari safari game drive.

Day 2Masai Mara National Reserve

Full day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game viewing drives in search of the ‘big five’. Masai Mara is the northern most extension of the Serengeti Plains and one of the richest wildlife Game Reserves. It is home to the awesome black-manned lion, the elusive leopard, stately giraffes, vast bulk of elephants, rhino, thundering herds of zebra, migrating wildebeest and numerous other plains game. Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3Masai Mara National Park

Full day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game viewing drives in search of the ‘big five’. Masai Mara is the northern most extension of the Serengeti Plains and one of the richest wildlife Game Reserves. It is home to the awesome black-manned lion, the elusive leopard, stately giraffes, vast bulk of elephants, rhino, thundering herds of zebra, migrating wildebeest and numerous other plains game. Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4Masai Mara - Isebania border - Serengeti

After breakfast -you will be transferred to isebania border -exchange vehicles and proceed to Serengeti. Arrive for evening safari safari game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.

Approximate Transit time: 4 hours to Isebania and 4 hours to Serengeti

Day 5Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a full day in the Serengeti with game-viewing drives. Hundreds of predators roam the vast savannah plains. We have a high density of cheetahs in the south. Serengeti is also home to hundreds of bird species; among them the out-sized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird, the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills. Enjoy dinner and overnight at your preferred choice of accommodation.

Day 6Serengeti - Ngorongoro

After breakfast, check out and drive to Ngorongoro with packed lunches -arrive and descend to the crater with picnic lunches until early evening. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or camp.

Day 7Ngorongoro - Lake Manyara

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara -enjoy safari safari game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 8Lake Manyara - Namanga border - Amboseli

After an early breakfast, drive to Arusha and then to Namanga border -exchange vehicles and proceed to Amboseli National Park. Lunch will -packed. Arrive for evening safari safari game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or hotel.

Day 9Amboseli National Park

Full day in Amboseli with an early morning game drive return for breakfast, thereafter the rest of the morning spent at leisure enjoying the facilities of the lodge. Enjoy lunch and some leisure time, before later in the afternoon heading out for yet another game viewing drive. Later in the evening return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10 Amboseli - Nairobi

Wake up early with coffee/tea and head off on your last trail of the African savannah – hopefully, you’ll see some big game. Return at the Camp for a delicious breakfast. Thereafter you depart for Nairobi.
