This authentic 5 days Tanzania classic adventure safari takes you to the prime tourism attractions in Tanzania. You will start by exploring Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will also discover the Ngorongoro crater, the world’s largest volcanic caldera forming a spectacular bowl of 265 square kilometers. Once here you are taken away by the best scenery and wildlife views. Ngorongoro is often referred as the eighth natural wonder, it has been listed as a UNESCO site which is considered the most beautiful and unique place in Africa where man and wildlife stays together in one area, We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. The next destination will be Tanzania’s famous park, Serengeti national park. The park hosts one of the greatest wildlife spectacles, the annual wildebeest migration. The wildlife park has got a unique biodiversity and physical features from plains to rolling hills, valleys and mountains. The park is filled with more than 1.5 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebra and 500,000 Thompson’s gazelle. To spice up this 5 days Tanzania classic adventure safari you will head to Lake Manyara National Park. The park is well known for its amazing tree climbing lions who spend most of their time spread out on the tree branches of acacias trees six to seven meters from the ground but also the park is well known for its tree climbing pythons.

Early in the morning
This package is our typical 5 day Tanzania Classic Adventure Safari that includes game viewing (wildlife game drives) in all the 5 days. This means that you will go on a guided safari in all the 5 days you will be on this Tanzania safari
After breakfast you’ll head off on safari from Arusha to Ngorongoro conservation area, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year round water supply grass and water, the Ngorongoro conservation Area supports a rich variety of animals, which lions, zebras, flocks of flamingos, elephants, giraffes just to mention a few. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. After game drive in the late afternoon we head to the Lodge for your overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful landscapes of Ngorongoro Conservation Area leaving the highlands behind, you will descend into the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. Then head to the central park area, known as the Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti national park. Later in the evening return to your camp/lodge for overnight
Enjoy a full day in the Serengeti with game-viewing drives. Hundreds of predators roam the vast savannah plains. We have a high density of cheetahs in the south. Serengeti is also home to hundreds of bird species; among them the out-sized ostrich and bizarre secretary bird, the black eagles that soar effortlessly above the Lobo Hills. Enjoy dinner and overnight at your preferred choice of accommodation.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY: Balloon Safari over the Serengeti Plains ending with a champagne breakfast.
Early morning game drives at Serengeti national park with our picnic lunch boxes and thereafter departure and head to Manyara National park via Ngorongoro area and the beautiful farmlands of Karatu area to Mto wa mbu village where we spend an overnight. We will stopover at Olduvai Gorge, boasting with a history dating back to the dawn of time (Optional with extra charges and if time allows). It was here, that the anthropologists Drs. Lois and Mary Leakey discovered the skulls of ‘Nutcracker Man’ and ‘Handy Man’, both very significant links in the chain of human evolution.
After an early breakfast, you will depart from the campsite for a half day game drive in Manyara national park a park is well known for its spectacular tree climbing lions which spend most of their time spread out on the tree branches of acacias six to seven meters from the ground but also the park is well known for its tree climbing pythons. Alongside this park lies the Mto wa mbu “The river of mosquitoes” a small village which hosts almost all the tribes found in Tanzania believed to be more than 120 tribes dwelling in this small town conducting different activities including woodcarving, painting and farming. After game drive in the late afternoon we head back to the Campsite for hot lunch and transfer to Arusha/ Kilimanjaro international airport.
