6 Days Kenya Classic Wildlife Safari

(6 Days 5 Nights Amboseli – Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara) The 6 Days Kenya Classic Wildlife Safari by Arrow Adventures enables you to sample one of the unique destinations in Kenya, where you’ll witness a variety of wildlife. It is also possible to spot all members of the Big five of Africa on this safari tour. You will appreciate driving along the Mombasa road as you head to Amboseli national park. The park is home to the gentle giants and on a good day you’ll be able to sight the peaks of Africa’s highest mountain, Mt.Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. You can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with Sulphur springs, the savannah, and woodlands.  They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.

Amboseli National Park is often called the ‘Land of Giants’ due to the impressive elephants here carrying massive tusks. The animals are set against breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro, which makes an awesome backdrop to the small park. Aside from elephants, many plains animals are easy to spot. Fantastic photo opportunities are possible, and early mornings are best for clear views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.

The 6 Days Kenya Classic Wildlife Safari experience will then lead you to Lake Nakuru National Park located in the Rift Valley. The Park is known for its wealth in birdlife and is also home to the Endangered Species such as rhinos and Rothschild’s giraffes. The lake is surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. You’ll enjoy the wide ecological diversity and varied habitats that range from Lake Nakuru National Reserve itself to the surrounding escarpment and picturesque ridges. The park is ideal for bird watching, hiking, picnic, and game drives. You will then proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve. The reserve is known for its expansive grassland savannah. Its also home to a rich variety of wildlife. The Greater Mara ecosystem encompasses areas known as the Masai Mara National Reserve, the Mara Triangle and several Maasai Conservancies
